Cookie Policy
This policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies on mrmtribal.com, their purposes, who processes the information collected, and how you can accept, reject, or withdraw your consent. It applies to this website; your choice does not automatically extend to other Group websites or to external pages you access via links.
Editor-in-Chief: MRM Tribal. The legal name, address, and contact email of the data controller are listed in the “Data Controller” section of the Privacy Policy.
The storage of information on your device or access to it is governed by Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002. When personal data is processed, the GDPR and Organic Law 3/2018 also apply. Information and choices are provided before cookies that require consent are used.
1. What are cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are files that a website saves on your device and that allow information to be stored and retrieved during your visit or on subsequent visits. They can be used to maintain necessary functions, remember a selection, or measure content usage.
Other technologies, such as local browser storage, device identifiers, or certain pixels, may perform equivalent functions. The rules regarding information and consent also apply to these technologies when they store or access information on your device. Their name or the absence of a cookie file does not, by itself, exempt them from these obligations.
2. What types of cookies does the website use?
Depending on who manages them, cookies may be first-party—when they are sent from a computer or domain managed by the publisher providing the service—or third-party—when they are managed by another entity that processes the data collected. If a third party uses the information for its own purposes, the cookies are not considered first-party simply because they are hosted under this website’s domain.
Depending on their duration, session cookies collect and store information while you are accessing the website; persistent cookies remain on your device for a specified period. The inventory identifies the duration of each cookie or technology.
Essential cookies. These enable the website’s essential functions and remember your cookie preferences. They are used without consent only to the extent that they are necessary to transmit a communication or provide a service that has been expressly requested. They are not used for advertising purposes or to track audience metrics with Google Analytics.
Analytical cookies. With your consent, Google Analytics allows us to measure visits and sessions and to understand which content is viewed and how it is used, in order to evaluate the website’s performance and improve it. This measurement may associate the interactions during a single visit or across successive visits with a browser identifier. Statistical reports do not imply that all collected information is anonymous from the outset.
Authorization for data analysis is limited to this purpose. It does not, by itself, authorize personalized advertising, commercial tracking of your inquiries or downloads, or the use of your data for campaigns by other companies. Commercial communications are authorized, if applicable, through a separate option on the forms.
3. List of Cookies and Recipients
The following list identifies the cookies and technologies used, the associated domain, who manages them or receives your data, their purpose, their category, and their duration. The categories that do not require consent are limited to the necessary functions described; the rest are used only when you authorize them.
| Name and Domain | Processor or recipient | Specific Purpose | Category | Duration |
| _ga (the website’s own domain) | Google LLC (GA4) | To distinguish unique users using an anonymous identifier and collect website usage statistics. | Analytics / Measurement | 2 years |
| ga<MEASUREMENT_ID> (website’s own domain) | Google LLC (GA4) | Maintain the session state and track a user’s interactions as they browse. | Analítica / Medición | 2 years |
| Google Tag Manager (GTM) | Google LLC (GA4) | A tag management tool that allows you to upload and manage analytics, marketing, and functional scripts. It does not install tracking cookies by default. | Technical / Required | Not applicable (GTM does not create persistent cookies by default) |
| cookieyes-consent (own domain) | CookieYes | Store the user’s cookie consent preferences and demonstrate compliance with legal consent obligations. | Technical / Strictly Necessary | 1 year |
Google Analytics is involved in the collection and processing of measurement data when you authorize it. The information is not processed exclusively by MRM Tribal. The service is subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the provider and the settings used on this website.
Entity providing the Google Analytics service: Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).
You can view the provider’s information at the following links:
Google Analytics — Information About Cookies
4. Information Collected and Legal Basis for Processing
Essential cookies process information that is necessary to maintain the requested functions and to remember whether you have accepted or rejected analytics. Personal data related to security and service provision is processed in accordance with the principles described in the Privacy Policy. The exception to consent for an essential cookie does not allow your information to be used for other purposes.
Analytics collect browsing information, such as pages viewed, sessions, interactions with content, and browser or device information, along with identifiers that allow those interactions to be linked. The legal basis for using analytics cookies and processing the associated personal data is your consent, in accordance with Article 6.1.a of the GDPR and Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002.
The analytics service remains inactive until you authorize it. Opting out is not replaced by any other equivalent form of analytics tracking. We do not send the content of forms, names, email addresses, or phone numbers that you provide to us to Google Analytics.
We do not use the cookies described to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects on you or similarly significantly affect you. The terms and rights related to these decisions are explained in the Privacy Policy.
5. How to Accept or Reject Cookies
The initial prompt offers two options that are equally visible and easy to use:
Accept analytics. This authorizes the described measurement purpose and enables analytics cookies from the inventory.
Reject analytics. This keeps analytics disabled and allows you to continue using the necessary features.
Since analytics is the only optional purpose described, you can choose directly whether to accept or reject it, without any additional steps. The Cookie Policy remains accessible from the notice itself and from the footer. The “Configure Cookies” link allows you to return to that same choice at any time.
The notice remains visible until you make a choice. There are no pre-selected options, and continuing to browse, scrolling through the page, opening this policy, or remaining inactive does not constitute consent. Viewing the information does not trigger analytics.
You can browse the site, submit inquiries, and download documents even if you reject analytical cookies. You are not required to accept them or sign up for a paid plan to perform these actions. Consent to cookies is separate from acceptance of other terms and conditions and from a commercial subscription.
6. How to Modify or Withdraw Consent
To withdraw your consent, open “Cookie Settings,” which is always available in the footer and from this policy, and select “Reject Analytics.” To allow analytics after you’ve rejected them, use the same link and select “Accept Analytics.” You do not need to create an account or explain your decision.
Withdrawal stops future use of the analytics service and the affected cookies. It does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal. Cookies that are already stored are deleted or are no longer used for the purpose that was withdrawn; if any third-party cookies remain on your device and cannot be deleted from the website, you can delete them from your browser or using the provider’s options listed below.
Deleting a cookie does not, in and of itself, delete any data that has already been collected. You can request the deletion of such data or exercise other rights by contacting our privacy team, in accordance with the terms set forth in the Privacy Policy. Using your browser settings is an additional option and does not replace the option to withdraw your consent on this website.
7. Cookie Duration and Data Retention
Session cookies are deleted at the end of the session. Persistent cookies expire according to their specified duration, unless you delete them earlier or your browser limits their duration. If a cookie is renewed when you revisit the website, this will be indicated next to its expiration date.
The period during which a cookie is stored on your device is distinct from the period during which the collected data is retained and from the validity period of your choice. The retention of personal data is not automatically extended simply because a cookie remains stored.
Retention period for Google Analytics user and event data: 14 months.
Period during which your cookie preferences are remembered:
Retention period for proof of consent: Indefinite.
We retain your choice to accept or reject cookies for the specified period and do not ask for your consent again on each visit as long as it remains valid. We will request your consent at appropriate intervals and, in any case, no later than 24 months after you initially provided it. This time limit for renewing consent does not mean that all cookies or data are retained for 24 months.
If the purposes or the third parties that use cookies change, we will inform you and ask for your consent again before enabling the affected uses. Simply updating the text does not authorize additional purposes or recipients. If you delete your preference cookies or use a different browser or device, the notice may reappear because your previous choice is no longer available.
We retain only the information necessary to remember your choice and, where applicable, to document your consent, without using that information for advertising purposes. Once normal use has ended, any data that must be retained to fulfill legal obligations will be kept locked for the applicable periods and then deleted. Statistics may only be retained without identifying you when their anonymization is irreversible.
8. International Transfers
Third-party services may involve the processing of data outside the European Economic Area. The fact that the website is hosted in Germany does not, in and of itself, determine where all data collected through cookies is processed.
The transfers made by the controller are detailed below, including the recipients and countries, the legal basis for the transfers, and how to access the safeguards. Where an adequacy decision applies, Article 45 of the GDPR applies; where appropriate safeguards are used, Article 46 applies. It is not presumed that all providers are covered by the same mechanism.
You can request a copy of the safeguards by sending an email to the privacy contact address listed in the Privacy Policy. Regarding transfers made by Google, information is available at:
Google — Frameworks for Data Transfer
The specific information in this section is supplemented by the “International Transfers” section of the Privacy Policy. Accepting cookies does not replace the safeguards required for such transfers, nor does it constitute a general authorization to send data to any country.
9. Deleting Cookies from Your Browser
You can refer to the official instructions for deleting cookies and managing their storage in your browser:
Google Chrome — Delete and Manage Cookies
Mozilla Firefox — Delete Cookies
Safari — Delete cookies and website data
Microsoft Edge — Manage Cookies
Check the settings on each browser and device you use. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect features that rely on them. Rejecting only analytics cookies from this website does not prevent you from using its essential features.
10. Rights and Contact Information
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability as applicable, as well as withdraw your consent. For requests regarding personal data, please use the email address or mailing address of the data controller listed in the Privacy Policy. To change your cookie preferences, you do not need to submit a request: simply use the “Cookie Settings” option.
The Privacy Policy details the scope of your rights and the response times. You may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at https://www.aepd.es without having to contact us first.
11. Updates
We will review this policy whenever there are changes to cookies, providers, or the information we are required to provide. The information will be available at all times, and any new uses that require your consent will remain disabled until you authorize them.
