Operation and Evolution of Salesforce Marketing Cloud

As Sanofi Spain’s Salesforce partner, we operate and evolve Salesforce Marketing Cloud to expand its use in engaging with healthcare professionals. We optimize customer journeys and data flows, manage and deploy campaigns, analyze their performance, and handle platform maintenance. We also implement new features, conduct testing, and train teams to apply best practices across multiple therapeutic areas.

ENDESA

Designing a New Operational Model for Marketing Automation

We designed an operational model for Endesa to manage B2C campaigns and communications that connected marketing, sales, and customer service to drive automation, personalization, and an omnichannel approach. To break down silos and make better use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, we defined workflows, roles, tasks, a RACI model, and management and collaboration tools. We completed the transformation by providing training and coaching to the teams involved.
